反省。

今回の出産にあたっての反省。

  • Be ready for the delivery a week before

  • Take a rest (At least take a nap) on the week of due date

  • Take prenatal pictures!

  • Get some strength(prenatal yoga) esp the third tri-master

  • Practice massaging

  • Prepare meal for during the delivery

  • Get a straw cup to drink

  • Lots of hot pockets and warmer
